Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

📦 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
🌐 International Orders & Customs
Altar Club ships worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery in their country.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
Altar Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
🔄 Shipping Issues
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at contact@altarclub.com. We’ll gladly help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
