Altar Club Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Altar Club order. If it’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date, subject to the terms below.

📝 Eligibility

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt to qualify.

📦 Return Instructions

• Email contact@altarclub.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• Once approved, we’ll provide you with return shipping instructions.

• Please note that return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after processing.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges for a different size or style are welcome — simply indicate your preference when you contact us.

❌ Final Sale

• Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
